Oak Tree Contracting was founded in February 1997 and has had offices at its current location for five years.   It is owned and operated by Ed Hathaway who has almost forty years of experience in the construction business.   Our company is committed to providing quality homes at fair prices to our customers in Bay County as well as those wishing to relocate to our area.   We build custom homes and spec homes, duplexes, triplexes and we do large remodeling and insurance restoration jobs.   We have a full-time staff of fifteen with a full fleet of trucks, and we also employ numerous subcontractors with whom we have done business for many years.   We have an office staff of three who take care of estimating, payroll, and all customer needs.

Although Oak Tree Contracting has grown tremendously these years since its inception, Ed continues to be involved in each and every job personally, and makes it his business to see that each customer is satisfied and that every job is completed with excellence.   We feel that it is important to keep our small-town way of doing business all the while keeping up with the changing dynamics of our rapidly-expanding area.   We can build on your site, or we offer lots and developments of our own.   Reference letters from suppliers and customers are available upon request.
